Free Tote Bag Tutorial

The only thing better than a super cute bag pattern is a super cute bag pattern that is FREE!  And that's exactly what we have for you today, straight from Tiffany herself.

Aren't they adorable?  With our tutorial, you can make your tote bag either tall or wide, depending on what you want to use it for!  I love that it is fully lined and reversible. It also has a nice flat bottom so the contents don't get smashed together when you pick it up. The straps are nice and sturdy and the seams are all enclosed in the layers. It's an all-around fabulous bag!

Sewing 101: How to Hem

Girls' Knit Infinity Scarf

Back in December we shared a free pattern for our women's infinity scarf. It is super easy to make and even doubles as a breastfeeding cover!  Now a couple months later we decided that we shouldn't leave our daughters out of the picture, so today we have a new infinity scarf pattern made just for the littles in your life! Here is Stephanie Baker with her tutorial:

My sweet almost-3-year-old begged me for a scarf the other day, as I wrapped my own around my neck as we were leaving the house. She looked at me and asked "pretty please could you make me one!" So I promised her that when I picked her up from school that day, she too would have a scarf. This project is so quick and can be done with a 1/2 yard of knit.
